There is no reason to purchase devices to achieve your goals, it can bedone with manual exercises alone. I do recommend that you continue with the JP90 routine for 90 days to condition your penis before moving on to advanced girth routines. You can alter the JP90 by focusing a little less and lighter on stretching and do more jelqing at a higher erection level. Jelqing at a 70-80% erection level will focus more on girth.
In the mean time do plenty of reading to further educate yourself. A good place to start is in the START HERE! link that can be found at the top of the page. There is a wealth of information here and the members are always willing to help if you have any questions.

Hi guys,
I was wondering, about the JP'90 tutorial :
- It is written that both hands count as one "rep" in wet jelqing. Is it also the same in the V-jelq ? both hands equal one rep ?
- It is written that we should do 50 wet-jelqs, then 30 V-jelqs. Then, to do 50 wet-jelqs again, and 30 wet-jelqs. And then it is said "Do a total of 150 "Wet Jelqs" and 90 "V" Jelqs" ---> is that in addition to the previous ? Or is that the real *total*, meaning that we should only add 50 wet-jelqs and 30 V-jelqs to the previous ?

Yes, both hand count as one rep. The total reps mean three sets of regular 50 jelqs followed by 30 v-jelqs for a total of 150 jelqs adnd 90 v-jelqs.

I was ready to give up on pe. I bought a penimasterpro and didn't work out so good. I recently read this post and decided to start this and scrap everything else. I can't believe almost a month in and i gained about 1/4-1/2 of girth. I was still skeptical and thought no way but feel the difference when i jelq. Its harder to grab it correctly. My question is this, i am more interested in length gains and i read its almost Impossible to gain length if you gain girth first. What would you recommend? Should I stick with the same routine?

Question: If I wanted to focus more on girth than length, would it be alright to switch the workout scheme to 50 v-jelqs and 30 wet jelqs?

Question as well. As I get deeper into the JP90 workout, I realize there are parts missing that could be implemented. First of all, I am missing reverse kegels. I understand how to do them, but what would the number be to do to even out regular kegels? And how hard should one kegel? (hard, medium, soft - barely)? As of right now I am staying the JP90 path with how its written.

I started kegels yesterday. I'll usally do some rapid medium strength kegles for a minute then so strong ones that I hold for 5 seconds then to a reverse kegles for 5 seconds and repeat for a minute. I usally do that cycle for 20 min or so. I also kegle through the day

50/50 works for me to keep it even. If I were to go 70/30 would it be kegels to reverse or reverse to kegel? :

If 50/50 works stick to it.
It depends on what your looking for. For better eq, more blood flow and strengthening your kegels, 70/30 k to rk.
