    I had some difficulty maintaining the right level of erection. If you do this flaccid or with low erection levels, you will be focusing more on length with your jelqs than girth. I think you will find that you will learn how to get it up for your workouts. Just slapping/flicking it against your belly or leg will help get you somewhat aroused.     Hi Dakrom and welcome to the Gym!
    What you are doing is fine. I did five on and two off, but you just need to monitor your PIs (find out more about this by hitting the "START HERE" tab at the upper left hand side of your PEGym browser above). If you find your PIs are ok and you want to do five on and two off, that will work fine. The JP90 is a very aggressive beginner routine, so what you are doing is probably a "best" approach at this point.

    I wish I was only 40! I'm a lot older and started PE a few years ago. You'll be just fine. Just watch your PIs. Hit the "START HERE" tab at the upper left side of your PEGym browser above. Read as much as you can and take it slow. The key thing is realizing that this a fun journey...a marathon...not a sprint. If you are committed, you can get great results.

    What do other members use for lube? I use baby oil and find it can take a while to get my hands to flow smoothly over my dick! Also, when doing the v jelqs am I doing it right by having the bottom of the 'V' running up the underside of my dick?

    Hi PEGym comrade;

    So I have an uncircumcised penis ans as I try to wet jelp, I usually pull the foreskin down and start to jelp. However, because I pull the skin down, my holing hand is actually 1/4 inch away from the base of my penis and I start my jelq hand below 1/2 in below my penis's half length mark. Is this okay for wet jelp or I am doing wrong ?!!
