Hello JP90 masters... I just followed this 2 weeks ago and I am liking it. I have a few questions regarding the frequency.
1. Is it overtraining if I add edging after the jelqs? Or would it be beneficial if I follow JP90, rest for a few hours, then do edging?
2. Is JP90 a strict routine where I need to do the PE 5 times a week straight? Or can I do a 2days JP90 + Edging, then 1 day totally off/break.Start: 08/06/15
BPEL: 5.7, MSEG: 4.3 + 0.2 (as of 08/24/15)
Short Term Goals:
BPEL: 6.3, MSEG: 5.5

well, after a couple of years i did dry jelqs and i made gains, a little on length. hardly on girth.
But girth is already between 5.6-5.8 inch.
I actually come to the conclusion i have too much forskin to do wet jelqs, and I can't use lube (privat stuff you know).
So I was wondering, what could i do?
I am now doing jp90 to get some consecutive gains on especially length (with more stretches than before).
Yet I am only at 6"BPEL, and it looks shorter cause it's quite girthy.Last edited by somewhere; 09-09-2015 at 09:03 AM.

Hi! I have a question. Well, how long does this routine take for you? For me, it's like 1.5 hours. Do I understand correctly that to count as 1 rep of V jelq, I actually do 3 strokes. And 2 strokes for regular jelq. So to get 50+30+50+30+50+30 reps, I do 100+90+100+90+100+90 reps = 570 strokes. This takes helluva lot of time. On the other hand, I've read that beginners should start lightly etc. Many routines only say like warmup, stretch, 15mins of jelqing, warmdown. It's pretty hard to find 1.5 hours of alonetime where I can do this routine..

Hm, havent writen in a while so lets update. Was doing routine and was 14cm with last post here and now 15cm so its kinda good. Working for couple of months with intensity of 2 days and then 1 day rest. Even misscounted from OPs post so did one more kegel and streches in circles(should be right, left, straight and up, I did one more 25 kegels to down and streches).
So since its been around a year since my last post here is gaining 1cm(thats 0,4 inches I think) a lot? Or it should be maybe more for a year?
Slacked lot less then when I started routine so thats good but maybe did more "extra" activities(like jerking) in beetween routine. Read somewhere on the thread that jerking can ruin a lot of routine.
Maybe need to up for 5 days and then 2 days rest(as I said, was doing 2 days then 1 day rest till now) now when I was used to routine?

1. Can i use a pro extender device like x4 labs along with this routine? Also can i add a double squeeze exercise it
2. I have a down 6:00 LOT so i have to jelq and stretch up and straight out right ?

I would like to know if I can do my wet jelqs with one hand and still get results? I just find it easier. Using two hands is harder on me, Im able to control my skin with my dominant hand and the exercise goes much smoother.
