Hi,there is a question...is lot theory outdated?should i stretch in all direction?
Also in v jelq ..should we make v using middle finger and ring finer...or its should be ok grip in 3 direction making it a v?
Which is correct way to do?

Some people told me I shouldnot start with the amount that Jp90 states... So like 150 jelqs but do less.
What do u guys think??
If its not good to start with such high amount why Jp90 says so???!

Hi everyone.
I'm just about to start this and with the tug back I can feel pull at all directions.
12 feels like it wants to go down and 9 and 6 both want to go up. Am I doing something wrong? I have been doing kegels for a bit as well

The V Jelq feels very awkward. Some reps I pull my scrotum into the movement, some reps I lose erection lvl or I get very hard.
The regular jelq is great though.
Can I V-Jelq using my index and middle finger instead? Is there a replacement exercise for the V-Jelq? Being uncut makes this jelq extra awkward.

Quick question: Is it ok to split during the Jelq exercises my 50 reps to 25x2 ?
The reason is I´m aiming for gain girth, therefore I should try to maintain the erection level at around 70-80%, but I cant keep it while jelqing throughout the set of 50. So my question is, does it have a negative impact on my gains if I do 25x6 instead of 50x3?
Getting back to my desired erection level takes me 30-50 seconds.
Any opinion?

Hello, I'm from Brazil and I've made my profile today. I saw that this routine is very effective for beginners and as one of them, I'm interested. First of all: my penis has 5,1 lenght and 5,5 genth, so I want to focus at length. Do you think I can reach 6,2 lenght with your 90 day beginner routine?
I saw that my LOT is 6:00, is this still relevant?
I read some places that doing jelq with less erection is better for length gains, is that true?
I'm afraid I won't be able to do the warm up, this will affect my gains?
