How long is one session? It took me around 25 minutes without the warm up and cool down. Is that ok? Also, how slow or fast should I do the round stretches?

25 minutes sound just about right. I personally did them at about 1 - 2 seconds per revolution. You can vary it to what feels best for you but keep in mind that it's the time under tension that's important.

I'm such a tool. Just done my second session and realised I've only took flaccid measurements. Was pretty sure I looked bigger last night too when I got an erection. Is there such a thing as beginners gains?

I'm starting the routine today. I've read up on all the basics and I'm ready to go. I did an edging session last night so I could get good erect measurements, let the fun begin!

P. S. Anybody have some good kegel/reverse kegel routines I can incorporate as well? I have a routine I'm doing currently, but I'm always looking for suggestions.

Is there any rest time between wet jelqs and V jelqs? Also do you guys use any product after routine? My penis is typically dry and sore feeling I been putting aveno lotion.

I did some manual work years ago. I've tried hanging too. I was a young idiot who skipped the beginner stretches almost immediately and went to the advanced ones. I'm thinking of starting the JP90 routine now, in the hopes that I haven't destroyed that potential of a light routine. Will I be able to tell if it has any measurable effect after a month, or should I do the entire 3 months before judging anything?
