Thread: JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

This is my second week of PE and I have been doing a routine a lot more basic than this. Basically, I just do 100 wet jelqs after my warm up (5 mins in a bathmate). After the jelqs, I stretch my penis out to either side towards my thighs, 9 times each. And then I do 9 clockwise stretches and then counter clockwise. I finish off by doing 50 kegals with a 5 second hold (followed by a 5 min warm down in a bathmate). I haven't measured since it is only my second week, but I feel like my penis has grown very slightly within the short amount of time. Is this a sign that I should keep doing that routine, or should I switch to this one? This one is more advanced and lengthier in time. I just need advice on what route I should take, because I want to maximize my gains the best I can.

Hi guys!
I've got few questions, probably dumb, but I need to be 100% sure how to correct train.
1. "Grasp your penis behind the glans in the O.K. grip palm down and stretch to the left holding the stretch against the theigh." - how long?
2. "While holding this stretch, do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25)" - it means 25 times x 1 secs kegels? And I need to keep point 1. stretch till I'm doing these kegels?
3. "Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull." - big circle is this one? :

about 30secs circles x 10 to the left and 30secs x 10 to the right? Or "big circle" means another exercise?

You grasp until you're finished the kegels.
The kegels mentioned are a simple clench and release. No duration required.
I prefer not to watch videos of guys playing with their dink so I didn't click your link. But just do a circle with your dick. From your inside left hip, to your left knee, to your right knee, to your right inside hip, to the top of your belly button, and everywhere inbetween. Take your time with them. You say exercise against tug. For me the tug is between 12 and 3 which makes me a high tug, but you also say that this means to stretch straight out or down. This is not against the tug???

Can I have some help please?
So I've decided to start the JP90 routine for the first time (after some extending and some light hanging, so not entirely a newbie to PE). On average it takes me around 60-70 minutes to complete the routine.
When jelqing, does the stroke with your left hand equal one repetition and the following stroke with the right hand equal another repetition? Or does the left hand followed by the right hand equal one repetition? I've been following the routine as right hand and then left hand equals one repetition. I'm wondering if this might be why my routine is taking longer than others. If it is the former rather than the latter, then I have been doubling the recommended starting point and perhaps overtraining, although I don't appear to have any negative PIs.
When I warm up and warm down, I use two washcloths/flannels and use them in rotation with one always soaking in a sink of hot water. So rather than wasting time waiting for a single washcloth to warm up in the hot water, I can have near-constant heat applied to my flaccid. Does anyone else do this and if so -- bearing in mind the constant applied heat compared to the opposed puntucated heat -- do you still warm up for ten minutes? Or less? After five or so minutes my penis is radiating heat, but I don't want to cut it short there if many of you think it's still better to warm up for ten minutes when using two washcloths.

Both hands equals one rep. You method of warming up is a good idea, that will work fine.

Can I substitute more jelqs with the v jelqs? Or is the prescription as followed more constructive

I've been getting some pain in my wrist/hand after a while when doing the basic stretch and especially when doing the big circle stretches. Anyone else get this?
Also, the exercise says to grasp right behind the glans.... but I've noticed I don't really feel a stretch unless I gather a lot of the shaft skin up behind the glans. Makes me think I might be doing it wrong.
