Thread: JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

    Some quick questions (note, I am aiming for length):

    In the original post, JonPop states to stretch LEFT, RIGHT, OUT and UP, but in some posts I've seen some guys say they also stretched down too. I've only been doing LROU since I started, should I add a downwards stretch too?

    Also, when I stretch I let go and do some quick helicopter shakes multiple times throughout the routine as I am worried about damaging the sensitivity of my glans. This is how I currently do stretching:

    25 second stretch left (+25 quick kegels), 5 second helicopter shakes, 100 seconds clockwise circular stretch, 5 second helicopter shakes, 100 seconds anti-clockwise circular stretch, 20 second helicopter shakes. Then 25 second stretch right and so on.

    So basically there's quite abit of helicopter shakes punctuating my stretching routine. Is this actually counter-productive? Am I being overly-cautious about damaging my glans whilst stretching? The colour seems to leave the glans when I hold the stretch for over a minute and that panics me.

    ^ lucidity, I can't offer you anything on your hand/wrist hurting. However, if you only feel a stretch when you gather a lot of shaft skin around the glans then I'd wager you're mostly stretching the skin rather than the actual shaft as a whole.

    You're probably right. Just not sure how else to get this "stretch" feeling everyone always talks about

    JP also mentions the importance of reverse kegels.... can we just throw in 25 RKs after we finish each set of 25 kegels? Or would that somehow be bad?

    A downwards stretch will directly impact the suspensory ligament for growth, but this should be implemented only if you feel you need the additional angle of stretch. The JP90 is a challenging routine, and it shouldn't be added to unless you feel you can handle the extra work.

    Thanks. What do you think about the very brief windmill breaks I do that punctuate my stretching outline above? Do you think it would negatively impact gains?

    That would be some you can gradually add to your routine to test. If the addition of this extra activity causes a drop in EQ and/or an increase in soreness then simply remove it until you feel ready to add it again.

    Saw that the average time for this routine is 30-45 minutes and I just don't see how that's possible. Quickest I've ever been able to do it is 90 minutes, and it usually takes me closer to 2 hours

    Sup guys, I have been followed the exact routine (JP's 90) for about 2 months now. Unfortunately, I do not see any obvious result or even any improvement in length nor width. I have no idea whats the problem. I did all the warm up, stretching , correct form of jelqing and even warming down. I ensure my warming up and warming down time is enough as well as stretcthing. However, i failed. As i writing this, I have completed this JP's 90 for exact 2 months. I saw alot of you guys talked about the gains and when i look back mine. Terrible and horrible. I put so many hardwork and effort. I am dedicated to this. I just keep telling myself to have faith and passionate towards this. But, come on man. Its been 2 months, this thread says that 3 months can see at least some gains. How can this convince me that i will going to have the gain on the next coming month. This is not even making any sense. I am started to believe all this hard work and time goes by no return. I am definitely upset and disappointed. Even until now, there is still one voice telling me to keep doing it but I just hate so much to know that the zero result until now. What should i do, buddies? Please forgive my bad English, English is not my first language. Thanks.

    Whats up guys new to this section of the gym. I spent some time in the pre e forums fixing that issue and over past few days finally figured all that out. I can happily say i can last as long as i want during masterbation with or without porn and also just as long with my wife. I never thought about enlargement but now with the extra time i have not working on pre e i figure why the hell not. Plus this site has changed my entire outlook on life id like to stick around and not be one of those people that disapears after fixing my issue.

    My question is what would be a good routine? I know the beginning of this thread explains the routine but im having a hard time understanding it. Is there a link to another thread that maybe i would understand more? Or or a generic routine that is simple to follow? I understand the basic jelq and stretch, where you grab behind the glans and gently pull, if that is correct. Im just now highly motivated because of this site and would like to start while i have the extra motivation. So a good explanatory routine would be great.

    I have searched but keep ending up at this thread and just dont understand fully. And i didnt read all 500 something pages but have read many.

    Sorry post is so long guys hope i didnt bother anyone. Looking forward to making some gains.


    Not sure if this matters but current bone pressed erect length is right at 7"and largest erect girth point is between 5 and 5.25". Thanks in advance guys
