Greetings everyone, I'm brand spankin' new to the gym and I'm excited to get started.... tonight!
I've got one question before I begin the JP90: Is this routine best done STANDING or SITTING? (especially in regards to jelqing ) Thanks.

Some have mentioned how jelqing while standing (esp. in the shower) can cause dizziness. it might be best if you attempted your exercises seated- at least until you develop proficiency and conditioning.

Hi guys started jp90 last week and i noticed today ive a big vein on the shaft of my penis and dont know whether this is a bad thing. I can feel it and its slightly bulged above the skin. It's quite uncomfortable but i wouldnt say its that painful. I'd say out of 10 it would be maybe 1 on a pain scale.
Should i push on with my routine or what? Are the appearence of big bulging veins normal? Or should i stop until it reduces in size?

Hi guys!
I've started this routine 1 week ago and really think it's pretty awesome!
I noticed a nice increase with my erection quality and overall penis health.
Also the exercises feel pretty nice so the routine is really enjoyable.
Mcgill2016, I noticed some small bulging veins on the sides of the penis too (as you said they are blueish but they really don't bother me since they don't hurt at all). I guess it's just a PI that should be interpreted with other factors. I'm no expert but if you noticed some other positive PIs I wouldn't worry at all (actually, I would consider it as a good sign, meaning that your workouts are effective).
I hope you can continue with your exercises as soon as possible

I'm confused about the duration of JP90. Is it 90 days with off days or 90 sessions? Because I do approx 20 sessions in a month so 90 sessions would take 4,5 months to complete. I saw PurpleOnes did 90 sessions, but many talk about 3 months including off days. So, which is it?

I wouldn't attempt to second guess JP but I'd recommend working up to 50 erect kegels after the standard enlargement work. As the Jp has a lot of work in it many guys take longer to condition and the Jp course stretches longer .
Jp and I discussed reverse kegels and the effect of kegel only training which was little understood when he wrote the JP . However his decline in health and death meant no changes were put in place.

Ah, I apologize for appearing insensitive. It was never my intention to do so. I am good at flaccid Kegels, I do 100-200, morning and night, while laying down. Edging sounds like masturbation. Ah, so Kegeling while erect would be best for now?
