    When doing normal jelqs, two hands count as one rep right? but is it the same with v-jelqs or is one hand = one rep?

    Hello guys. Ive been making decent gains with this routine. I havent measured where I began or where I am now but I can feel my thing became quite girthier in hands (I have small hands), but length gains are very small. Im not sure which direction to take now because Ive been at it for 3 months. I dont want my member to be all girth. If it helps, my BPEL is almost an inch longer than my BPFSL.

    2 hands equals one rep in all news. This keeps you balanced.

    After 3 months you can start adding to the excersizes that target specific desired growth goals. So you want more length do more stretches

    Whats up guys! New to the forums although i've been reading on here for a good few months now and finally got around to registering.. So i just started JP90 day program and just wanted to post and keep a track of my progress here and gain any hints along the way..

    Been doing jelqs for about 3 months now (not apart of the JP90 program - although at a younger age i also done stretches and hot towel stuff for abit) and i do have one concern or should i say an observation... Is it entirely normal for the head of my dick to get really big and red? Is this apart of the process or am i at risk of injury?? Veins are really bulging out and becoming really pronounced is this ok too? Normal?

    Before i started i was just under 7inch in length and about 4.3 in girth (erect).. Now im 7.2 and 4.4 in girth.. i would like to add about an inch on length and half an inch in girth do i just keep going with the routine until i hit my target or do i have to carry on to keep the gains.. Obviously right now im just concentrated on the routine and doing it properly to avoid injury but its also been on my mind..

    Would also like to say a a huge thank you to the contributors here and the moderators.. besides the gains, these exercises and methods are great for overall penis health which contributed majorly to alot of peoples mind health so i just think its great that these forums exist for men looking to achieve the most! Thank you to all!

    Getting a big head are we??? Haha haha, that is normal. Extra viens is also normal. Extra blood flow is needed to maintain your larger Penns health. Good job.
    As to changing the routine you only need to do that if growth stops. It looks like you are headed in the right direction. Steady as she goes.

    Is it okay to do V-jelqs between index and middle finger instead of how its normaly done? I feel as if i can get a better grip this way

    It is always permissable to do the excersizes any way that works best for you. Build your routine to suit.

    When edging after a workout, should it be done after or before the warm-down? or is that not important?

    Also how much to the sides are you supposed to pull when doing the v-jelq? is it alright to just do them straight up, it feels really uncomfortable pulling in a 45 degree angle from the top
