Hello there,
I am new here. I have a question and hoping people have same experience could give me some advices. My problem is that I get erection easily and hard to relax (and I absolutely don't want to masturbate and ejaculate). Most of Jelqs and strengthening exercises require as flaccid as possible (but mine always like 70-90% EQ). Even the helicopter shake pump my penis to erection, not to mention the Jelqs.
I heard the revere Kegel is able to relax somehow and I tried two days. Sometimes it works, sometimes it leads to more firm penis.So, is anyone has same problem here? I want to gain more so ejaculation first is not an option. Should I pay attention on reverse Kegal hoping oneday I could master that muscle?

Actually you need an erection level between 30 - 70% for jelqing. For stretching you need to be flaccid. it's not uncommon for someone starting out to have problems maintaining the correct erection level, it's going to take some practice. For now while stretching skip the kegels while doing them, it will help with trying to remain flaccid. You can do the kegels separately.

Is it possible to do this twice a day, or I should start doing it once a day? If I do do it twice a day, can i do a fulls et, and then a half set? Also, I don't have a loss of tug in any direction. I read that it isn't important anymore, but is it important?

Hi all, after gaining about 2 1/4 inch, i stop since early april due to my work need me to travel frequently this month. I lost 1/2 inch now (6.5 to 6 inch).
My problem is when i travel, i have difficulties to do PE because of no microwave to heat rice sock for warm up.
Should i just do PE without warm up? Or any one have life hacks how to warm up during travelling?

Hi,
Stroke it gently for a few, the friction will warm it up. Gently do side to side while stroking.

Is here anyone, who joined jp´90 with Bathmate pumping? I am new here, bought Bathmate and want to join it with jelqing. Do you have any reccommendations how to do it?

It is all I'll ever do and will do. It is cementing my gains and I'm still gaining while at first following the the routine as said.
After a month and a half I slowly added exercises like ,30 second SSJs, Ulis and squeezes for when I get too hard to Jelq.
I wear a cock ring for an hour after each workout.
2 days on/1 day off.
I made the JP stretches even more intense by anchoring the base with one hand and tugging the shaft (grip about an inch down from the head) like a mad man but without pain.
