Can someone explain how i do a big circle on the left/right side only? I know how to do a rotation stretch. Does it just mean to rotate 10 clockwise and 10 counterclockwise?
Same type of stretch as in this video?<link removed>

Hi, so I joined pretty much just to ask this question.. Im presently 5.15inch length no idea girth never measured. But I was wondering if this routine honestly packs on some good amount of length and girth. Im quite self concious about my "member" and have been shy just because of it. I tried the LOT and every direction it pulled.. not sure what that means. Im big on bodybuilding.. im currently 6'2 225lbs but have the confidence of a 40year old virgin LOL. Thanks for any kind of help!

Hello JP i am new to PE and was wondering if your 90 Day routine fould aslonbe supplemented with wearing and extender throughout the day as well.

Some do make make good gains with this routine, some don't. How fast and how much an individual will gain really can't be predicted. PE takes time and commitment. You need to be in it for the long haul for maximum results. Forget about the LOT for now, it's not important for starting out with a beginner's routine.

Hey guys! New to the JP90 routine. 2 days in and I woke up on my off day (I decided on the 2 on, 1 off schedule) with decreased morning wood and very slight pain from the groin region (not necessarily my penis, and which could also be from core exercises that I do). I understand this is a Negative PI. Is this normal? And if not, what would you recommend for a toned-down exercise if that's what needed? Thanks.
