johnpop I am really Thankfull to you for Teaching us that (LOT) thing and I believe its gona Boost my Gains in the future from now on I will be calling you Master John and no wonder I gained 0.7 inches in 13 months due to the low lot (6) its true gains comes very harder for the people with low lot ;( . btw I need suggesion from you or BigAL or jay or kmwilye or any pro here? I start with this My penis has A slight curve to the left side its Very small. keeping that in mind My work Routines was flaccided stretching to the upward Right side 4 minute Stright Right side 4 minute and downward right side 4 minute (more stretching against the curve and less on the curve) 2+2+2 to the Left upward left downward and straight left. 4+4+4 to the straight up straight down and straight total of 30 minutes streaching and 20 to 30 minute wet jelqing Right downward side
but after knowing about my (LOT) I am thinking for the new workout will it be ok??? if I abandon the downward exercise because my lot is downward. My new Streaching routine would be 4+4 upward Right and straight right and 2+2 on upward left and straight left and 4+4 on upward straight and straight (18 minutes) and the jelqing I will be doing upward Right side 30 minutes jelqing?????? soo what do you say about my new Routine should I apply it????? The easiest way to get started with alleviating a curve is to use the hand opposite the curve almost exclusively for the majority of your movements. A greater proportion of stretches should be directed opposite the curve as well.

Greetings to Jonpop wherever he is now.
His exercise routine and supplements suggestion are very beneficial.
His theory about LOT is interesting despite from experience might not agree.
In practice, pulled my penis up with ok hand from below my penis glans and did a kegel, I felt a pull back...same for straight out but my penis did not pull back when positioned penis downward so my Lot must be 6:00 according to theory so my gains harder to get.
But after starting PE seriously 3 weeks ago, within is 3 weeks maleedge extender and 2 weeks Bathmate pump together with Jelqing and Kegels. Just measured today to find my erected penis gained 0.5 inch in length and 0.1 inch in width. Also I see my flaccid penis hanging longer and bigger. Most importantly my erection quality is much better and lasting longer in bed.
I hope can keep improving by never overtraining first and am always taking care of my healthy food and sleep besides trying my best to keep my emotions at ease..more relaxation.. more deep breathing..positive thinking..Besides always keeping my body in shape day in day out exercising..my performance and endurance is better than ever. I believe your whole body must be ready mentally and physically to gain in penis size too.
My question here: According to LOT theory I must not have gained so fast. Can any guys here report that they are not the 6:00 straight down..
In theory, must I start exercising in extender, in pump and jelqing in only straight up and straight out never straight down position or direction? In jelqing and pump it can be done but how can it be done in extender especially all manufacturer's advice downward direction and can do it upward too must I find it much better stretched when downward despite honestly tried it straight out sometimes and found it okay..but not practical except if at home and naked!
* Logically or in mechanism term isn't it harder that you do not feel a pull or tug back when your penis is in down position than when it's pulled straight out or upward
