Hi! I couldn't do the routine yesterday (actually was too tired and forgot), is it ok if I do twice as much exercises today to compensate?

What should I do then? my rest days are saturdays and sundays, maybe I can do the exercises today (friday) and tomorrow and rest on sunday, starting again on monday.

Hello people I'm 32 years old, Erected 6,3 inches (Goal 7'') and I have started the JP 90 days routine for a week now. Some questions:
1) I prefer to do the routine 1 day on 1 day off. Is this wrong? Should I change?
2) Can tight clothing such as tight jeans or tight underwear affect the gains?
3) I do the routine in the morning (about 10 o clock) before gym? Could also affect any gains? Should I do the routine after gym?(Confused)
4) About supplements I take whey protein and multi vitamin after workout (penis). Does it help?

Can someone make full routine video? It will help for many who dont understand english so well. I can even pay 10 bucks. Because this is too compilated to understand for foreigners.

Hello. I do not understand the low LOT and high LOT. I do a kegel in all direction and my penis tugs back in all direction. Whats does that mean, low or high tug?, will gain gains come quicker or take time???

Don' worry about your LOT. Just do the exercises as described in this routine. If you go back and read it again it states at the top:
LOT (Loss of Tug). This theory was first posted by Bib.
This is now considered obsolete. Exercises should be done in all directions.
I'm leaving this for it's curosity value, as this was the hot theory
back at the very beginning of PE. I believe in the late 90's.
The purpose of the LOT was to help determine if the suspensory ligaments that run between the pubic bone and penis are higher or lower on the shaft. If they are higher then there is more potential for making gains by stretching them out to expose more of the inner penis. You can try the Mirror and Palpation Tests to get a better idea of how high or low your ligs are.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull.
Try to rub your hand across your belly as you do these.
