There is no need for jelqing tools. I think hands do a better job anyways.
Here's how it's done. CAUTION- a beginner should not jelq at the erection level shown in the video. Use a level between 40 - 70%.

1; my penis looks sore and not pumpred after session, why?
2; is 1h right time this routine take, it takes to me just 1h(10minwarmup+10min stretches+30min jelqs+10min warmdwon)
3; how important are helicopter shakes and circles really, can u do this routine without them?
4; is it ok to do jelqs first then stretches?
5; my penis slips out from my hands when im doing stretches and circles, it just turtle down, what can i do with it?
6; sometimes i can hit right form and do full helicopter but sometimes i can't hit right the way so im clapping my penis around, is that fine?

These are the exact questions I have. Thanks for posting them. I was embarrassed to post them. FWIW, it takes me an hour to complete the JP90. Not sure why it takes that long, but I think it is the stretches.
Im not sure about the helicopter shakes and what they do, but the other stretches help with gain if I've read correctly.
In 5, you may be pulling to hard? I have same issue.

1. It's common for the penis to turtle some after the exercises. It's just the bodies reaction to the stresses put on the penis from the exercises. As long as it goes away within a couple of hours you should be OK.
2. Back when I started the JP90 it took me about 35 - 40 minutes. I personally only warmed up for 5 minutes and the warm down was only a few if I warmed down at all. 30 minutes of jelqing seems quite high to me.
3. The grip while stretching will cut off some of the blood flow to the glans so the helicopter shakes are used to return some fresh blood to it after the stretching. The circle stretching is just another exercise that works the penis. If you cut it out you are cutting out some of your stretching time.
4. You can jelq before stretching if you like.
5. Make your grip about 1 inch below the glans. When you start the stretch your grip will move forward to the glans but you should feel like you still have a grip on the shaft and not just pulling on the glans. If your grip still slides over the glans then either you are pulling too hard and/or your grip is too light. Experiment and find the right combination of grip and pull strength that will keep it from sliding.
6. Helicopter shakes can be difficult at first to get the hang of. Swinging it up and down or side to side or even slapping it against your thigh should have the same effect of returning some blood to the glans.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

When i do my JP90 routine, i notice that by the time Im done Im ready to ejaculate. Is that OK to do every time i do my routine?
