    I've been at this for 4 1/2 years and have come up against that wall of diminishing returns over time. In other words over time and as you gain it will begin to slow and you will need to work harder to see even smaller gains. I'm into some very advance work and haven't done the JP90 in well over 4 years. When I did do it I would say it took me an average of 35 minutes.

    Forgot to ask this-for how long does it take to finish jelq and stretches? Because i want to do other things while doing PE i want to set timer and do required work until alarm set

    @Cavalier, just 30min, how that??

    I only warmed up for 5 minutes and only a few minutes warming down if at all. There is a 10 - 15 minutes saving right there. The jelqing normally only took me about 20 minutes and the rest was stretching time. I based my jelq strokes on feel and not time. I wan'ted to feel the expansion ahead of the grip which is what makes the jelq effective. This may have shortened the time some. I timed how long it takes to complete the required number of jelqs and I then began jelqing to time instead of counting.

    I don't think so. Object #1 is to do the stretches flaccid (<30%). If you're about ready to shoot your load, I bet you're not flaccid enough????

    Im flaccid during my stretches. When its time to wet jelq n v jelq i stimulate myself with porn to stay erect.

    When doing kegels while stretching should you hold one for as long as you can or do multiple short 1s?

    I do multiple short ones. 1 per second up to 25 each direction

    I am getting back to PE after a long break(a couple of years) and I am doing a modified version of this routine. Because if time and privacy my on and off days aren’t the norm. Would it be a problem to do say 3 days on, a day off, a day on and then 2 days off?
