    In the rare event that you see gains at the end of the 3 month period, should one repeat the entire routine till no further gains are visible ?

    Stick with it at the level of intensity you are at the end of the 90 until you hit a plateau. At this point you can try and move on to an advanced exercise to try and break the plateau.

    I have a question, for the wet jelqing exercise which involves trapping the blood at the top of the penis, should you have one hand holding the base?

    And should you hold the base during the V jelqs too?

    It is generally accepted that hanging is one of the better ways to increase length after one hits a plateau. If that is the case, how come in JP90 you don't do a stretch straight down? It lists left, right, SO, and SU.

    Jelqing isn't about trapping the blood at the end of the penis. It's purpose is to move the blood up the shaft creating an expansion ahead of it. You are essentially working the whole shaft from bottom to top with each stroke. You want to start your stroke at the bottom of the shaft as close to the pubic bone as you can. This will maximize the amount of the shaft that you work. Having a hand holding at the base will interfere with working the whole shaft. However after your stroke is about half way up the shaft you can put your free hand at the base, without making the grip, so that it is in place ready to make the grip and begin it's stroke when the other hand completes it's stroke

    I also found that it was odd that it didn't include straight down. When I did the JP90 I included the straight down stretching as it is good for stretching the ligs as well as the shaft.

    Back in the day, there was this theory, that it was only effective to stretch in the direction of you resisting tug. The acronym evades me; that theory has since been disprove. I know that the posted theory has been kept around for nostalgic reasons.
