wondering about this-i want to do other things while im doing this routine. If i use to count i would get easily distracted on both sides, is it good to set a timer and do slowly concentrated reps? If so, how much i should set for jelq for example because for streches i need to be fully present lol

Using hot water to the crotch for warm up and warm down?

Sure you can. Warming up and down is part of the exercises. Usually a rice sock is found to be useful, outside of using the shower. Sock plus rice plus heat (microwave). What is important for jelqing is not to be fully erect, aroused but not enough for penetration.

i thought one hand + second hand is counter as one rep?? so do it with both hands is one rep?? and as far as lubrication goes, is durex lube ok? and what should i do if i am uncircumsized?? how should i jelq?

Yes, both hands is one rep, the durex lube will be fine. It makes no difference whether you are circumcised or not, the skin on the shaft is the same for both.
