    If I excercise only twice a week every 3 to 4 weeks, and on the rest regular five per week, will it affect my gains? Stop them? Unfortunatelly I don't live alone, and working out is sometimes just impossible.

    I'm only a few days in, but how can I tell if I am doing the routine correctly or if it is being effective?

    Maybe best for the veterans to give their two cents, but I'd say you can't tell after just a few days. Does your penis feel "tired"? I felt like I needed a break after the first 3 days.

    Get used to the idea that this is going to be a very long and slow process.

    I'd second what Ponto said below. I also highly recommend you make a rice sock - it's so much more practical to be able to go about your life and properly warm up your penis/ligaments, and also do a proper warm down afterwards.

    If you try to do it all in the shower, you're either hardly warming up at all or you're taking a bloody long shower. Proper warm up/down is key.

    That's how my JP90 looked so far. Is it going to work out?
    You should see results with that schedule but obviously not quite as well as a 5 on every week.

    Starting out light you may not feel much. As Joe Schlong mentioned, as you work up the intensity and reps you will start to feel a tired worked feeling to it.

    So I have been feeling the stretching parts more, but not in a painful way.

    Not sure if it's just from having done it a few times now or if it was from the extra warm up time, but that has to be good, right?
