If I excercise only twice a week every 3 to 4 weeks, and on the rest regular five per week, will it affect my gains? Stop them? Unfortunatelly I don't live alone, and working out is sometimes just impossible.

Maybe best for the veterans to give their two cents, but I'd say you can't tell after just a few days. Does your penis feel "tired"? I felt like I needed a break after the first 3 days.
Get used to the idea that this is going to be a very long and slow process.

I'd second what Ponto said below. I also highly recommend you make a rice sock - it's so much more practical to be able to go about your life and properly warm up your penis/ligaments, and also do a proper warm down afterwards.
If you try to do it all in the shower, you're either hardly warming up at all or you're taking a bloody long shower. Proper warm up/down is key.

So I have been feeling the stretching parts more, but not in a painful way.
Not sure if it's just from having done it a few times now or if it was from the extra warm up time, but that has to be good, right?
