    Do not wear an extender overnight! You need to be awake to monitor what's going on and take it off for short breaks to restore blood flow as needed. The other problem is that during the night guys will normally have several nocturnal erections(morning wood is one of these) and you do not want to become erect with an extender on. The only extender that may the exception to this is the Phallosan.

    1. The amount of L-arginine required to help improve EQ is higher than the recommended dosage on the bottle. If your EQ is already 100% then I personally think there is no need to take higher dosages.

    2. It doesn't matter when you take them.

    3. You can do your warm up and routine in the shower, many guys do. The warm shower water is a great way to warm up your penis.

    4. Hold off on the bathmate for now. The JP 90 is a period of conditioning, getting a feel of how your penis is going to react to the exercise and what it can handle.

    Just a question about the measuring.
    When exactly you measure when erected?
    Because at normal erection and the moment when I am very excited like before the orgasm there is 0.5 cm difference

    Should the measure be at moment when I am the most excited ?

    Measure at your best possible EQ. If that's when you are very excited just before orgasm then that's when you should take it. This also tells me that you should start working to improve your EQ to make that difference permanent.

    It's the same with me. I get 6.8 inches right before cumming but only 6.3 inches most of the time during sex. Could you please guide me on what exercises would improve my EQ? I just started with jp90. Would you recommend something else while I do jp90 for the first few months?

    Kegel Exercises are good for improving EQ by strengthening your pelvic floor. Drop the kegeling while stretching and do them separately. There is no reason to set time aside for these, they can be done anywhere anytime. I would also recommend a stamina routine like Edging to help keep you at your maximum size for as long as you can. Lasting longer in bed is another nice benefit from this that you may enjoy.

    My veins got very visible. Especially around my shaft when I have an erection. Is it normal?
