    Also can I divide the routine throughout the day?

    Be sure to retract your foreskin towards the base or before setting a stretch to ensure it doesn't interfere with the exercise. For jelqs, you might also opt you use a generous amount of lube to prevent interference.

    For best results, perform the routine in one sitting.

    I really doesn't make much of a difference whether you are circumcised or not. The guy in the videos demonstrating these exercises is circumcised and as you will see there's nothing special that you will need to do.

    basic penis stretch

    Jelqing

    It's best if you can do it all in one session but if it's a matter of time constraints or convenience then it's not that big of a deal if you have to split it up.

    As you get more conditioning- and if you feel the need to- you can increase the level of erection over time to make the exercise more challenging.
