    I appreciate your patience and understanding JP, we all gotta start somewhere lol. I just thought you meant pull it out straight infront of you but I now understand that if your to the left and kegeling you rotate off of the left leg. Thanks for all the help I dont want to make your life harder I know you probably get a million people asking you questions and it is getting old but I think im on the right track now.

    No, No. Again. After you finish the 25 quick Kegels, pull your penis out. Do large circles around and around, with your hand close to your body. In other words as you pull in a circle, your hand will brush your stomach and then your left thigh and then your right thigh and then your stomach. Like cranking an old car.

    One last question and than I will be set. What do you recommend as far as errection percentage is concerned for the cranks and pulls and than again what about for the jelqing?

    0-30% for stretching, 30-60% for Jelqing. 40-60% for the "V" Jelqs. Good luck. (jP

    Probably from so much hanging. So that means I should not hang SD? Maybe try to hang SO and OTS, stetch SO, etc?
