    I really don't get what "kegel" means and how I do it.
    So, would somebody be that kind and give me a link or something to read about it?

    allright,next time you have to pee try to stop it
    you'll feel a muscle clamp
    try and *flex* that muscle and then releasing it agian
    that is called a kegel

    I just started this today. i felt pretty good after doing it and felt that i had a better pump than normal, probably due to how much more blood was going into my penis compared to normally.

    im planning on doing this for the 90 days and hopefully get some results. has anyone here done this yet or most of the way through it and making some gains? what sort of gains can we look at gaining in 90 days? i have no idea since ive never done anything like this before.

    I'm a few days away from completing the 90 days and you can see my gains in my signature.

    Are you onlu going to PE for 90 days? Why stop?

    what do the initials stand for? well done on the gains to. i probably wont stop aslong as i can see some results. i will take it serious so theres no reason why i shouldnt gain.

    also, when should i be doin kegels? are they done in the middle on exercise or any time in the day? i think its 100 a day that we should be doing?

    okay, last night i think i was a bit overzealous with the routine. i now have the small red spots people refer to and my dick hurts a little. i was aiming to do the "5 days on/ 2 off" method, but i think i may have to do 2 days on and 1 off, for the first few weeks at least. my erection quality also seems less than it was. i'm thinking about resting a few days and then get back into it sloooowly..

    Jonpop, I have a question

    I'm taking very long doing the routine (about 1 and a half hour). I think it's because when I do the helicopter shakes mi penis become hard and i have to wait to become more flaccid to start with stretching. When I do some Jelqs (especially V-Jelqs) my dick becomes hard again (about a 70-80% I think), so I stop. I've always wait to be like 60% erect and no more than that, mainly because reading posts here and there, some say that an erection at 80% can be dangerous for penis health. The result is that I have a very very long session. What can I do? I think my problem is that I become stimulated so fast, and it's very hard for me to avoid becoming hard. Any solution?

    Thanks for answering my question.

    But now I have a new one, two actually. How am I supposed to do stretching and kegels in the same time? I mean should we first flex this so-called muscle and then stretch or we stretch first and then we flex the muscle 25 times?

    And are the effects still going to be the same if I don't do kegels? I mean in growth.

    Aaand I just came up with a third question. How many times a week should I do the routine?

    Stretch and hold and then kegel 25 times. Your gains may be the same if you don't kegel, but kegelling will strengthen the PC muscles and will lead to fuller, harder (equalling bigger) and longer lasting erections, it will also improve ejaculatory control - so I don't really see a reason why you wouldn't want to kegel.

    You should do the routine 5 on 2 off, or if you find that you're getting negative PIs (Physiological Indicators - aka negative effects), such as bruising, turtling etc, you may want to switch to 2 days on, 1 day off.
