    and also, can i use a heat fan thing for my warm ups rather then a wet towel?

    and also...what is a rep of v-jelq? is it every stroke or is it one rep to the right, straight up, and then to the left. sorry for the multipule post, i keep realizing i need more info.

    Sorry bud, it's hard to know what you are asking.

    Do them dry if you want, I don't see what would be different. But........ A lot of the blood vessels that are on the outer layer of my skin are huge and bulgy. Before I started PE they were tiny, dim if at all noticeable. They certainly had no texture before, I can feel them easily now. This is probably from using lube and exercising all layers of skin during my PE. Unless your dick is made of elephant skin leather I can't imagine your hand could glide across the surface of your penis to force the blood smoothly up the shaft. If you grip the skin and jelq you will be selling yourself short of thousands of tiny blood vessels that once expanded WILL contribute to your over gains (EQ, Girth, Length, all of it).
    You say you are un-cut, I'm not, so bare with me. If the jelqs starts at the base and go towards the top, how does your situation differ from anyone else’s? Lube up, grab the base, get a great grip and go to the top, stop before the glans. Let the skin stretch up if you have to. Don't let go, until your other hand completed the jelq.
    Doing it dry, correct me if I'm wrong, it's called a dry jelq and hurts (me).

    As long as you don't get your dick caught in it you should be fine. There are other GREAT options of warming up though. I did not like the hot/wet towel myself. A heat pad is awesome, heat lamp is super-awesome. The rice sock gets great reviews but I have never tried it. The lamp is easy and it penetrates the skin FAST.

    It's up to you. I do 10 left, 10 right, 10 up. But to me more specific, I use the wet-jelq method (hand over hand) for left and right, when I go straight up its just 10 straight up. Does that make since?

    Hi everyone! I started doing this today. I'm about 16 cm in length and 14 in girth.
    What exactly is a kegel though? And also, how hard should I squeeze the jelq?

    guys just a question, i got interrupted during my routine today and i had to go out of the bathroom to handle something. Can i get back after an hour or so and complete the routine if i warm up again?

    Hi people im new to PE (Im on my 4th day of 2nd week I started on the 26th of December 2009) and i would like some help improving my method to maximise any possible early gains.

    My work out is......

    10 Minutes warming up
    I used the wet cloth method but i just couldent feel the heat after 10 or so seconds so ive tried a cup filled with warm/slightly hot water is this an alright method of warming up ??

    I then strech my penis the way you have explianed behind the glands using my thumb and index finger but instead of making a helicopter rotation i just strech it upwards, left, right, downwards then point outwards each strech lasts for 30 seconds so the strech itself last about 2 and a half minutes. Can anubody offer an improvment here please.

    Then 10 Minutes of jelqing. The only question i have here is with my erection level if i held the penis by the base i know it shoud be firm but soft (if that makes sense) but should it be soft enough to bend over my thumb due to it own weight or should it be firm enough to stay almost upright but still bendable (if that makes sense as well).

    Followed by 2-3 minutes of warming down but once again dipping my penis in a cup of warm water.

    I work out genrally a night time usally anytime from 8pm - 12pm my work out usally last half an hour (30 min).

    I have 5 days working out 2 days off.

    One more thing can anybody help me incorprate kegeling into my work out please.
