Don't get too hung up on the numbers.
Each stroke should be at a relaxed pace. Imagine you're stroking a cat (waits for pussy jokes) or something, that's the speed you should be going at.Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG
Current (1st April 2010): 7.05" BPEL, 4.72" EG
Ultimate Goal: 7.75" BPEL, 5.50" EG

Hi everyone,
I know about PE for about 4 years but I couldnt find time to do the exercises until now.
First I want to thank you for all who helped and contributed at PE.I have 2 questions
1)Will masturbating and ejaculating several hours(4-5) after the PE routine block or decrease my gains?
2)When I finish the 90 day routine and do nothing after, will it make my gains dissappear?If so is there a special routine to make my gains permanent?

That shouldn't be to bad,that debate will go on forever but generally 5hours or so wont be that bad,i try and leave it 12hours just be safe rather than sorry seeing that theres no real proof either way.

Yes more than likely your gains will dissappear,no theres no special routine,if your looking to cement gains then cut back on what your doing ..Example you do 400 jelqs 3 times a week do then 300 jelqs a week etc... I havnt got that far yet to start learning what i need to do to cemment my gains,im sure theres a few on this site who will advise you better on what they did.

Hi Jp i have just started your beginners routine and have a few questions. Firstly does 30 V jelqs mean 30 to the left + 30 to the right +30 straight up or is it 30 v jelqs in total. 2nd question is i have noticed that my penis can be seen through my shorts in the gym when flaccid and can be quite embarassing and it does stick out quite abit. I think this is because i have a tight ligs. I was going to try hanging as this would help my penis hang downwards and stick out less howver i noticed that you said that in your thread that you should exercise against your lot. My lot is 6.00 would hanging be a bad idea ? If it is can you suggest anything to prevent my penis from sticking out as much??

Hey JP, I am very interested in starting the 90 day routine, but I have a few concerns. I was wondering if doing these exercises will result in stretch marks or dick colour discoloration. My penis is 17cm long when erect, fairly thick and girls complement me on it. However, I do want a couple extra centremetres, and a 5cm gain in 3 months would be incredible, I would have a monster, lol. But at the same time I don't want to ruin what I have.

After taking the 2 day break how many days a week of excercise would you recommend?
EDIT:I find it hard to not get a boner when I'm doing the jelqs(i end up getting around 75-90%) should i just wait untill i get back to 50% and start jelqing again?Last edited by LionHeart.; 04-22-2010 at 06:33 PM.

Hi JP, I have just started the routine 2 days back but the problem is that when I start to jelq I loose the erection required for jelq(as advised 60-70%) because once I start, it is more like an exercise and not as any sensual state and hence cannot retain the erection. After 15-20 jelq it reduces to 20% erection. Will continuing with this erection level reduce the chances of any gains?

Hi kota, welcome to the Gym.
When you lose your erection level down to 20%, switch over to doing the "V" Jelqs. This is an ideal level to do these. Do these until you start to increase your erection and then go back to the wet Jelqs. "V" Jelqs always bring my erection level back up. Good luck. (jP

losing your erection down to that means you will targer more on length so it's not all bad but still seeing as thats not your aim then it's basically practice makes perfect your only 2 days in an it's mainly all trail an error for the first week or so. There will come a time soon where youl be able to substain the same erction for the duration of your jelq,i watch tv when im doing my PE but i also have some porn on the background on my pc so if i ever need a little boost i move my eyes on the PCand it helps but generaly i keep the same level of erection the whole way threw.
