Im a bit confused. In the warm down section...do we JUST do the heat for five minutes? Or are we supposed to do the stretches with kegels and helicopter shakes as well?

hi everyone ! Im new to the forum, wanna start PEing soon, just collecting data and trying to find a good jelq device.
JP I read from 1st to 19th page of the thread, did u ever edited the first routine? I read on one of your post that u wrote 90 days routine back in 04 and that u were going to update it with your new knowledge gains through the years and ppl experiences. Did u ever did it? cause I dont wanna read all 90+ pages and never find an updated routine u know, if u didnt do that i'll stick to the old one.
Also I have 2 more questions, what would be the right way to take measurements? and it may be dumb but I still didnt get how to find out what my LOT is.

if my LOT is the same on both sides, which method should i be using? O.o
As far as I can tell, theres no difference in tug on either side while doing a kleger

I have a question about the pills mentioned here.
1. Can you get addicted to them?
2. Can the effect they give disappear when I stop using them?
3. And why should I use them, should not the exercise itself be enough?
4. Why is not the Ginko recommended?
5. Do I need these pills if I eat healthy, workout regulary, take omega-3, daily vitamin pill?

Welcome aboard.The original routine is still pretty much the one you should be doing.

I don't think I could elaborate more on the LOT explanation than JP did. Try re reading it, and trying it out on yourself
Always exercise against the tug. If you have no LOT, than exercise in all directions(thats what I do either way)
There are alot of good suppliment post on the forum you can read. here's one https://www.pegym.com/forums/erectil...erections.htmlSome recomend taking breaks from the suppliments, to keep your body from getting used to them. They are all over the counter health suppliments.
They can be benificial in PEing, giving an added benefit in area's where your diet isn't supplying everything you need.
As you all can see, JP is in high demand, and his duties spread him out pretty thin on the forum. Do alot of reading whenever you have time. I know this thread has gotten extremely long, but it does have alot of answers to the basic questions in it. Good luck everyone!

I mean every doctor saying that its impossible to grow your penis, how u can exactly do this?
If I start doing what u told will it be harmful to my penis?

Haha yea your rite where are all fake,we just waste our time trying to fool everyone, I went to my doctors last month about general stuff also i told him i had alittle accident with my bathmate ( i didn't warm up great when i first bought it and when i was pumping a little bit off blood came out) and he said you know jason you cant get a bigger penis your born with what you get and thats it..I was like o rite ok i see,and thought to myself dam i must be dreaming because i can swear my penis is bigger and i know so many people whos penis is bigger from PE,it's 2010 ffs how most of the world dont believe it yet is shocking imo.
PE when done rite will give you a healthier penis and wont harm you.
