Always exercise against the tug. If you have no LOT, than exercise in all directions(thats what I do either way)
Hey man ! thanks for the welcoming. I finally figured the tug thing out.
I'm reading the penis enlargement guide, I wanna gain as much knowledge as possible before 'officially begin', I also want to get me a warming up device. As of what Ive read the best warm up is with infrared lighting as it penetrates further deep than the other methods.. Ive found some that may work, just need an expert's approval, and assistance on choosing the one that'll do the job.
If they would do the job safely and efficiently, which one do you think would be better (by better I mean better ! not cheaper, as my dick is involved I cant go cheap.

Hi,
I have recently started JP's 90 day routine. Today I read in one of the website that jelqing causes nothing but growth of scar tissues in the penis. But looking at the gains stated and the confidence shown by some of you senior members in the forum this statement looks a bit obscure to me.Hundred people cannot fake at the same time and same forum just for nothing
Can anyone tell me the possibility of developing scar tissues (may be due to incorrect way of doing jelquing) by the exercises?? or I can forgot about it and continue the routine without fear.

I have a question, in the 90 day program when you say
"grasp your warmed up,FLACID (Try and stay as flacid as you can for these stretching exercises, 30% erection is ideal) penis between the thumb and first finger at the base. Palm toward belly. Stretch out slightly and do what are called "Helicopter Shakes." Using your wrist, swing your penis around in a circle, about 5 revs per second for a quick count of 20. (kind of like twirling a key chain)
Grasp your penis under the glans in the O.K. grip and stretch to the left. holding the stretch against the theigh.
While holding this stretch, do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25)
Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull.
Return to the base and repeat "Helicopter Shakes". It will be easier to do now, as your flaccid length will be longer. This will get the blood back into the glans.
Stretch to the right and do 25 quick Kegels. Pull straight out and do 10 BIG circles to the left and ten circles to the right."

Pull your penis straight out and do 10 big circles clockwise and anti clockwise while holding a stretch,im not sure how you could explain it anymore than that.

if memory serves me right someone (i think JP) made the analogy of the circles to cranking the really old cars you see on cartoons, where the driver gets off the car and cranks the engine before starting it. This analogy made sense to me when I too had the same question.

okay well...when you said "both hands count as one rep" did you mean starting off by releasing the hand by your glans and then sliding your other hand up to your glans count as one or is it base-glans, then base-glans again equal one rep...i think thatll be 2 jelqs...im confused
