    It's okay to let go for a split second and then restart a new rep. I am also natural (uncut), I know exactly what you mean. When you start a new rep, make sure you trap blood in the ok grip again.

    hey guys i have 1 idea.it looks quite complicated when i read through especially that helicopter shake and so on...Maybe in de future u guys can post one long video that includes all these 90 days routine exercise step by step.That would be great.Anyway i am trying to figure it out.Thanks for de post

    hi! im newbie and im very much interested on this JP's 90 day beginner routine. but before i start i would like to ask and clarify one thing about V Jelqs.. here it is..

    As you are sliding up the shaft, pull straight up. Alternate by pulling up and to the right, up and to the left. Do 30 of these reps.


    is pulling up and to the right, up and to the left considered as 1 repetition? or are those seperate repetitions?

    Once BOTH hands have completed a jelq, its considered 1 rep. No matter what version of a jelq you do.

    thank you very much!

    i have another question. umnn.. can i take a cold shower immediately after the exercise and doing warm down? or should i take a minute to rest? coz i really get heavy sweatings after doing those exercise and it really feels uncomfortable for me.. hope you dont get annoyed because im asking too many questions, im just really interested on these program i want it to go smoothly and perfectly.. and pls expect me asking for more. thank you in advance!

    Once your finished with your warm down, it shouldn't hurt anything to jump in a cold shower. Whatever works good for you If you like your hang after the warm down , then after that cold shower, do a few helicopter shakes. At least thats what I think.

    hello! long time no post.. I've been on and off with PE which is bad i know.. but now I'm trying again. :/
    I've been trying to read most of the posts and I'm hearing the LOT theory isn't so much of a thing now, which to me sounds good considering I feel a good tug in every direction x\..
    Anyway, I tried this routine before and well I thought why not again X_x. My question was probably answered before, but this thread is so long now it would be hard to search :/ I hope it's not a problem to ask again..

    Well in the guide it says, "Pull straight out and do 10 BIG circles to the left and ten circles to the right." right after the kegels.. I'm a little lost with that, am I just stretching my member in a circular manner 10 times each side of left and right? Response is greatly appreciated!

    Guys thank you for your replies.. its really a great help.. ill be starting the program tomorrow and im really excited, hopefully i get gains even .1" so i would stay motivated..
