    Hi im here again! just about to start my progress log but i kinda bumped into a thread there where ive read that some use cold towel as a method of cool down rather than hot towel as a warm down.. so im kinda confused which of those is better and most prescribed, the warm one or the cold one? what are the effect difference?

    Hi, I just started this program today! And I was wondering about the LOT. I did this and felt Tug only in my 9:00 not my 12 nor 6. What's my LOT?

    Your LOT is at 12 and 6, which means you should do your exercises straight up or straight down. But if I were you I wouldn't worry too much about your LOT and just continue doing the program.
    The LOT Theory is just that, a theory and while it is a good one, it is one that is not a necessity to gaining in PE. It is just an incentive to help you gain in PE by doing your exercises a certain way.
    If I were you I wouldn't read too much into the LOT and just worry about the quality of my exercises!

    Hi guys,

    the internet is littered with stories like mine, but I would share mine. JELQ -- DON'T DO IT -- YOU CAN DO SERIOUS IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO YOURSELF. . . .I used to masturbate by grinding my penis into my bed
    when I was young without getting erect. As time passed, my erection got a lot smaller, and then I found JELQ. I did it for about 2 years and lo and behold, I gained back my original girth and length. The angle never
    felt quite the same (and the girth slightly smaller as well), but Hey I was back to myself. One day I woke up feeling like the bottom half (spongiosum) had "gone" (failed to get erect). Well it's been 3 years and no improvement, I can get
    erections, but have lost girth, and the erections are no longer spontaneous. Point is, I don't have what I started with. There has been a steady deterioration of girth (have been to 3 urologists, dismissed by 2 and 1 said possible vascular damage(didn't seem quite right to me)) and it has been a painful experience (guy's whatever you have to start with, if you mess with it, it will cause you distress). SO PLS, DON'T JELQ. some of injuries are temporary, but some are most definitely not and are probably underreported. . .good luck and feel free to ask any questions
