Hello all,

I am pretty familar with pe as I have been doing it incosistently for past few months. I want to start a beginners routine focused strictly on length. I am thinking of using parts of JPs 90 day routine with 3 hours in an extender 2 days/1 off. For those of you experienced with PE do you think it would be okay to start with the following routine?

10 minute warm up
5 minute manual stetches different directions
2 hours in extender
100 wet jelqs
20 V jelqs
