Ok guys and gals, not really a new guy when it comes to PEing just haven't found what works for me. Just had a question. I only do a light routine:
20 min warm up
3 way stretches
10 mins wet jelq 60 to 80% erect, 6 sec
20 V jelqs
3 30 sec compressors
What I want to ask was. I never really get a good pump from Jelqs only from the compressors. Can anybody offer any advice? I always read about guys getting a good pump after jelqing.
