    So i have just been measuring bpel and not girth since i started pe 4.5 months ago
    well i just measured my girth for the first time and i've gained .3in in eg.
    i was pumped to see that.
    Jelqing is the key I swear by it now
    Yeap im gonna get bigger.

      well i actually decreased it since i started and ive seen better gains.

      2 sessions per day
      each session

      100jai warmup under hot shower water
      5 min streching i kegel while i stretch
      125 jelqs

      occasionaly jai's
      occasional fowfers
      occasional kegels
      Yeap im gonna get bigger.

            great gains man! this lends to the thoery that killing your dick is not neccesary but may not actually work. Ylou have a solid routine.

              I have a similar routine and am making good gains so far, 1" in 4 months. I am a strong believer in not overtraining and giving our body time to recover, THEN grow. Remember, we GROW when we REST.

                That's why I recommend a 5 on 2 off routine. I know that's contrary to some of the thinking on these boards, but that's what brung me to the dance. JP
