    im getting ready to start my program and i wanted to know if have sexing sex on the same day as my routine effect my progress

    Nope. Have as much sex as you want.
    To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

      Welcome,

      Not to worry, there is nothing wrong with having sex and exercising your unit on the same day. I have never had any issues with sex slowing my gains.

      Current: BPEL 7.5", EL 7" and 5 7/8" MSEG.
      Started: EL 6" EL and 5.5" MSEG

            Just a tip.
            Sex > PE.
            Always take sex over PE if you think you're gonna be too worn out for one or the other. I mean, if you're gonna skip banging, what's the damn point in doing this!

              Not only should you always choose sex over PE, if you think about it, a great sex encounter is very similar to a good edging session - provided,of course, you aren't a "2-minute-and-done man," LacedUp.
