The far pad is the difference berween bpel and nbpel.
If you are as vigorous as I am your bpel is of use aas you flatten out the fat pad.

I agree. Girls see NBPEL and feel BPEL. So, if you have a big fat pad, although to the woman it might feel like you have a decent sized cock, her visual perception will differ.

Um... it's protection. Body's protection for your bladder and such.
You can lower it, you should try. But don't want to lose all of it (surgically, for example). It would hurt like shit to have sex.

Yea, I get that it's protection, so I wouldn't want to get rid of all of it just a good deal of it so most of my dick would show. I was given an average sized dick but all I can show is sub 5 lol.
