    You have to tell us what your routine is. Obviously you want to stay flaccid for most stretches but girth work is pretty useless flaccid.

      Im doing jp 90 day program i try to get at least 3-4 days and the other days rest for some reason i cant just do 5 days str8 of PE, so are you saying i have to jelq with some kind erection?

          Flaccid length, erect girth. Of course they aren't exclussive in gains, but that's mainly how it works out. Never jelq at 100% though.

            Kp has a thread current testing the theory that flacid jelq can cause gains, at least for length. Convential wisdom says 40% -70% for jelq.

              Yes i do and but i feel its coming back very slowly, im still doing jp program but only 3 times a week because 5 days str8 is making my dick too tired so 3 days a week with weekends off im thinking mon,wed,fri should be a good program

                Kp found doing the jelq flacid was of value to him and felt it helped him regain eq.
                You may also try kegels and edging if you can manage it.

                  I do kegels daily but i cant handle edging with Pe together just yet, its a lot of strain on my penis, my penis was weak to start with so im hoping pe can get it strong where i can have rock hard erections all the time and for a long time as im prone to going soft or going to low erection in a min or two into sex, pretty bad so i gotta get my dick into shape while at the same time get him bigger lol
