I have some questions regarding 3PDQ's as follows:
- When stretching out the penis, should I be pulling on the head/glans only or should I start lower and grab as much skin as possible and then pull on the head/glans with the additional skin (not sure how to properly word this?)
- JonPop's instructions say to release the stretch once the overhand OK grip is achieved but it seems to me that the stretch needs to be maintained the entire time? It seems that without maintaining the stretch I am unable to properly slide back to repeat the jelq

These are my favourite girth exercise as they are easy to do frequently, eg. in bed.
I don't find the need to do any skin stretching if I make sure I've got a good "plump" on - so closer to the 30% erection range. Just dig in deep for the first part and do partial jelqs, then do the next two positions.
I'll also do say 20 in each position, then switch hands and do twenty in each position again, and go back and forward like that a few times... as each time I go back I'm more engorged from the previous set.
