I just started the beginners program a couple of days ago and have some questions. First, when stretching I know it says to grasp under the glans (which is the head if I'm mistaken). Is it supposed to hurt, because I feel like when I do it that a lesser grip seems to stretch better than when gripping below the glans. when gripping below the glans it is quite uncomfortable. Any suggestions as to how to make this better? Also, is the stretching more
of a warmup or is the lengthening aspect of PE. I am really
not in a hurry or anything, just wondering. Any help would be appreciated!
