kegels vs reverse kegel feeling

when i kegel, i try to stop the flow of urine. but when i do so, the urine actually comes out faster for a moment, then stops. but reverse kegels are pushing urine out harder. so wtf exactly am i doing?

Your kegel control is probably still developing ,you may have a slight stutter as you apply the kegel.
