  • What do you do after Jelq session?

    This is a question that i always have on my mind.....
    • Do we stretch ?
    • Do we massage?
    • Do we Kegel?
    • Do we warm down?
    • Do we put a cock ring?
    • Do we just put our underware and leave it alone ?
    • What position you place your "tool" in your underware , downwards or upwards or sideways?

      i usually do all my stretching before...

      Jelqing is the last thing i do then i warm down..

          I first stretch, then squeeze, then jelq.

          After a very good warm up, I feel really good when I stretch, and I don't have much difficulty staying 100% flaccid. The moment there is a bit too much blood in my penis, stretching is over... So that's why I first stretch (while watching Top Gear). After that, I do my squeezing part, because this way I avoid having to squeeze with lube on my hands and dingdong. So, going from flaccid to full erect, most of the times while putting on some porn or sex instruction video (always good to learn something while having a boner, it learns the body to give blood to both the brain and the pecker). After the squeezing you still have enough blood in the schlong to do the jelqs. After that, I do my edging and some uli's. Then I warm down and do some fowlers.

            After my exercising, I normally end things with an edging session. I find it very beneficial to keep my penis as fully pumped with blood after doing my workout. It makes sense to end a jelqing session where the whole point is to slowly force blood through your shaft with edging which helps keep that blood in your penis for a long amount of time. Once I'm done with everything....I have a nice 7-8 minute rice sock warm down.
