    I think that you may have hit the nail on the head....It sounds like you may be mentally making the situation much worse than it probably is. Stress and anxiety are two major causes of ED, so if you're stressing out and anxious over the fact that you aren't as erect as you may have been in the past, that is only making things worse.

    I know you mentioned that you became more aware of negative PI's after beginning PE, but do you remember having more erections before you began working out? I personally think you may have overdone it with the stretching (which is fairly easy to do as a newbie) and the anxiety of not being as quick to get erections is exaggerating the issue. Take some time away from all PE, apply heat a few times a day (20 minute sessions work great) and see if things don't get better. Try and stay out of your head if possible....I'm willing to bet a few days off, some heat and relaxation will do you good. At the end of the day, you don't have too much to worry about....this issue is very temporary and will pass much like everything else.

    As for stretching....the ok grip just below the glans is the same grip many people use. Perhaps you're pulling too hard; really doesn't take too much tension to work the ligs. Perhaps you should try and grip a little bit further down the shaft (one inch below the glans) which might help take some of the pressure away from the glans.       General stress can cause temporary ED. The trick is to not stress about getting an erection. Self-induced stage fright!

      Two ways to find out if it is psycological. (1) Invest $2 by putting 4 or 5 postage stamps around you dick before going to sleep. If they are torn in the morning, you had nighttime wood. (2) watch a new-to-you porno. Something new might arouse you.
