I want to try jelqing but my problem is that my penis is always erect , how can i achieve a 30%-70% erection? Since when I tried starting to jelq my penis slowly became fully erect.
Find something distracting - like regualar TV. It will take some concentration at first. You are probably young and able to keep a boner for hours on end. Nothing wrong with that, but it does get in the way of doing some PE.
You could also do and edging session first, and do the jelqs after your dick just can't stay erect any longer.
Keep up with the program, and soon your dick will know the difference between workout time and play time.

vongolamist, many young people get hard when exercising the penis.
The trick is: practise. Every time you get harder than you want while jelqing, stop stimulating and wait until erection subside. Restart jelqing. This way your body will understand what you want from it while jelqing.
Get rid of any frustration you might have and enjoy every erection you got.
Keep in mind that while training you want this discipline(30-70% erection level), as you want the discipline of being hard while having sex.
