Rest day question and post PE sex.

Hey guys i'm a PE newbie. Been doing JP's for three days now. His routine calls for 5 days PE and a two-day rest. But i've been reading stuff that some do a 2 days PE and a day off using the same routine. What's the best way?

Also if i do PE in the morning will i be able to have sex in the evening? I'm a bit worried because my willy seems to be hiding from me right after a PE session. hope you guys can help me with this.

You schedule your frequency by "reading' your own P.I's - Psycological Indicators. Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Growth! Then simply trust your instincts.

You are absolutly fine to have sex anytime. Simple formula for that: Sex > P.E.
