    Is stretching in each direction for 1 minute while kegeling overtraining?
    CURRENT: 6.75" x 5.5"

    Hey man. Everyone's body handles the intensity of exercises differently. The best way to determine whether you're overtraining is to monitor your PI's. If you're experiencing any negative PI's, you'll want to adjust your routine to the point where you are responding more positively. If you aren't familiar with PI's....here is a link for you.

          I'm using a light grip to stretch in each direction kegeling for 1 minute to intensify the stretch then 10 rotary stretches between each stretch. All positive PI's so far.
          CURRENT: 6.75" x 5.5"
          GOAL: 7" x 6"

            Most of my gains came early from using JP's beginner routine. I've been kind of stuck at where I am now for awhile, but just recently began a girth isolation routine to hopefully help me overcome my plateau. Keep up the good work, man.

                Everything is in degrees. A one minute low intensity stretch is one thing, a one minute stretch using a come-along is a slightly different matter!! Like Diesel said, if your PI's are good, you are good.

                  Pretty much...while you stretch, you kegel a number of times? I was going to ask a question on this as well and good to see it seems to be recommended.

                    @ Hockey_NY I kegel for as long as the stretch last. I'm only paying attention to the quality of the kegel, not the quantity.
