Thread: A beginner's way up, please help

    So I want to say that this forum is awesome! I read threads and other things here bout penis enlargement but I still need help. I really want help, like someone to walk me through steps and tell me what t do.
    First I want to describe myself:
    - 19 years old
    - 5 inch penis length and 4.5 inch penis girth when erect
    - 3.5 inch penis length and 3.75 inch penis girth when flaccid (I don't know why the girth is bigger lol it doesn't seem like it's bigger in girth at all.
    - I am uncircumcised, I read that it matters
    I do not know how to find my
    LOT (Loss of Tug). I tried to find more about it but everything I read did not really make much sense to me Wish someone could help me out with this too.
    I really feel like my penis is too small and I feel very insecure Can anyone help me out with a routine for me? Or tell me what to do? Also if anyone had those measurements around my age, can you tell me how much and in how long you gained?
    I deeply appreciate your help considering this is where I can openly talk about this and hopefully improve my life

    First & foremost, welcome to PEGym HelpIsGreat! Here's the info you asked for:

    Determining LOT (Loss of Tug) Grasp your flaccid penis under the glans in the O.K. grip. (Palm down) Stretch straight up (This is 12:00) Do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back? (No need to pull too hard, as this can be very noticeable or can be very subtle.) Stretch straight out (9:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back? Stretch straight down (6:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?When you DON'T feel it TUG BACK, this is your Loss of Tug or LOT.

    What does it mean to tug back? That's what confuses me.
    And can you tell me the steps what I have to follow? Or links with the steps? I read beginner's threads and stuff but I want some help here like I said.

    Here's an example: Lightly stretch your penis straight up. Now kegel a few times. Do you feel your penis pulling back as you kegel? That's what 'tug back' is.

    So what is ur lot?? And can u tell me ur results so far?
    Also is kind of hard for me to do the warm up since I don't have the chance to stay in the bathroom for 15 warming it up with a hot towel and the water running for tht long. Any other ways to warm up?????

    My LOT is 6 o'clock (straight down). You can see my results in my signature. Another way to warm up is a rice sock. Put enough rice (@ least 2 cups) to cover the whole penis in a sock & tie it real good. Then place the sock into the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
