    I am currently doing the following program

    10 minute warm up

    3 sets of UV jelqs & UJ's 40 each (helicopter shakes in between each set) gradually increasing 10 a week. 200 kegels throughout the course of the day. 2 days on one day off. I'd like to incorporate a good lengthening exercise here if anyone can help, perhaps erect bends.

    6 minute warm down.
    confidence and getting woman to shut up about it is important too.

      If you are a beginner I would stick too just jelqs and basic stretching. Warm up in the shower stretch for 5 mins and jelq for 10 mins. Aim for strokes 3 to 5 seconds long and an erection of 50 to 75 % erection level no more no less. If you wanna count how many jelqs you do I would recommend 250 with a fairly light grip. If your head isn't turning red and looking glossy then grip a little harder. If your head gets red and glossy within 50 jelqs tone it down a little bit and lessen the grip just enough too keep the head bulging red and glossy. Warm down and cool down can be less than your warm up. I would warm down with warm water and after that splask some cold water also. This is a good routine to do every other day or 2 on 1 off if you wanna I wouldn't in the begininng but do what you feel like.
