I am currently doing the following program
10 minute warm up
3 sets of UV jelqs & UJ's 40 each (helicopter shakes in between each set) gradually increasing 10 a week. 200 kegels throughout the course of the day. 2 days on one day off. I'd like to incorporate a good lengthening exercise here if anyone can help, perhaps erect bends.
6 minute warm down.
