My routine is 20 mins of warming up, 10 mins of stretching, 10-15 mins of jelqing, 8-10 mins of v-jelqs, and 20 mins of edging. Its been working great for me so far. Seen girth,length gains and havent had any negative PIs. Two days ago I felt I had a pretty good session. Afterwards i saw a .25 increase in girth which lasted all day. I woke up the next morning with morning wood and my girth was still the same. I decided to take the next two days off and its gone back down to normal size. I didnt see any negative PIs during that time but decided to play it safe anyways. Is this good or bad?
