  • Good or bad PI?

    My routine is 20 mins of warming up, 10 mins of stretching, 10-15 mins of jelqing, 8-10 mins of v-jelqs, and 20 mins of edging. Its been working great for me so far. Seen girth,length gains and havent had any negative PIs. Two days ago I felt I had a pretty good session. Afterwards i saw a .25 increase in girth which lasted all day. I woke up the next morning with morning wood and my girth was still the same. I decided to take the next two days off and its gone back down to normal size. I didnt see any negative PIs during that time but decided to play it safe anyways. Is this good or bad?

    Temporary expansion that lasts for a while is pretty common. Some swear by it but I don't think it's necessary for gains.

      Alright, guess I will mark it up as a good PI! Im only 6 weeks in, think I should cut back on my routine a little bit?

        I see no reason why you should for now, routine looks good but obviously it's your dick and you should go by feel.
