I started PE right around the new year. For the first 3 weeks I only did stretches for maybe 20 minutes a day. After that I came up with a homemade hanging device and have been hanging 5 pounds for 1 hour a day in 20 min segments. When I started that I stopped doing the stretching. Now I just got an extender and was thinking about using that during my free time.
My stats:
BPSFL: 6.75
BPEL: 6.5
EG: 5.5
I am looking for length only. Between stretching, hanging and extending, I'm not sure what I should be doing each day and how much. How do I know when I am doing too much? Anyone have any tips on doing all 3 of these for a length oriented program? Any tips are appreciated, I'm learning a lot browsing these forums.

Please don't misunderstand, I do want to help and I have to get this out up front; I am not a hanger, but a thirst for length is what brought me to the PE Gym. Since that time I have learned that penis health is the number one priority. With that said, I can say that I think you are well on your way to hurting yourself. Three weeks of stretching is not enough to condition ones penis nor is hanging a beginners routine, but each to their own we are all different and this just might be the thing for you.

Welcome to PE Gym!
I completely agree with Unitaelevation. I hope you'll heed the advice we share here, because you do NOT have to learn the hard way. Please do some research into WHY beginner phases exist, etc. You only have one penis, and no spares. Slow and steady wins the race.Concentrating on kingpole's Beginner to Advanced Beginner Routine

Hmm,
I'll look into that beginner program. I haven't had any negative PI's though. I've had morning wood everyday and have gained a half inch in my BPSFL.

So I have increased EQ, increased horniness and increase of 1/2 inch in both BPSFL and BPEL, I should still do the beginner routine for 90 days?

Hey long, I agree with the other posters, and you should most certainly still do the 90 day beginner routine. It'll help condition your unit, and could augment your gains.

Well you might of achieved a substancial gain already but at this rate you will peak to early and your gains will come to a grinding halt eventually and when that time comes you will find further gains hard to obtain. The general idea is to gain as much as you can by training moderately, when the gains slow down that is when you should up the intensity and really go for it.

Ok, sounds good. I took a few days off and I think I'll start the 90 day routine today.

Good decision ! just go as far as you can go with the beginners routine before jumping upto the advanced level.
