  • Help?

    Hi, i'm new to PE Gym and I want to gain at least 2 inches in length. I've been doing the following exercises each week (for 5 weeks now)
    1. Warm up for 5-10 minutes
    2. Stretch up, down, left, right, and straight out for 30 seconds each, 5 reps
    3. Wet jelqs (increasing by 50 each week, starting at 100, so i'm now at 300)
    4. Warm down for 5-10 minutes
    5. Kegals (about 200-300 a day)

    I'd like to know :
    1.The top 3 (or 5) BEST exercises I can use to gain length.(and details PLEASE)
    2. How much gain you think i could expect of each exercise.
    3. How much gain you've gotten from your top 3 exercises.

    Please and Thank you, it would be VERY appreciated.
    My Starting Length and Girth- L- 6in G-4.5in
    My Goal- L-8in G-5in

      Sorry, but if we went to the gym and started doing bench presses, doubt anyone could tell you how long it would take before you bench 300 lbs. No one, and I mean no one, can answer those questions. You might be a quick gainer initially, then slow to a crawl. Or you might gain very little for several months, then suddenly start gaining like crazy. Or most likely, you will gain some initially and then slowly add after that - assuming you keep at it the right way.

          you will achieve your goal by doing those if you are patient and stick with the routine, welcome to the gym and best of luck.

              Hello again.

              I don't think you will get too many answers to your questions because they are extremely difficult questions to answer. Us newbies can't answer those questions because we are just starting out in our quest for a longer dong.. and the more experienced ones who have gained probably gained it in different ways so you would get lots of different answers which would be confusing to say the least.

              But here's a fascinating article which explains the basics of stretching for length. In this article it explains the difference between tunica stretching for length (upward stretching) and ligament stretching for length (downward stretching).

              I hope you enjoy this read. It made me realise that stretching isn't all the same.
