i ve started to exercise for about 2 weeks...i planned doing this exercises for 3 months and then if it works i will increase time of exercises..
1.warp up 5 - 8 min.
2. power streching 5 min
3. v-strech 6 min
4. jelq 5 min
5. circular strech 4min
6. kegel 100 strokes
7. warm down 5-8 min
1 dayon 1 day off
are this mentioned PE good...i would appreciate any advices...
