I'm very interested in Jelqing because i'm pretty small down there and would like to get bigger. I first heard about jeqling a long time ago but heard many bad things but as of recently I started hearing more about it but some more positive things and success stories.
I just have a few questions if some of you don't mind answering.
1) Does/can jelqing cause erectile dysfunction/impotence in the long run?
2) Is penis size permanent after jelqing or does it require constant maintenance to keep size?
3) Is it necessary to do all the warm ups and stuff like warm your penis up using a hot cloth and all that? I live with my parents and some of this jelqing stuff seems like it requires a lot of privacy and time alone.
4) What does LOT mean? I don't really understand exactly what is meant by tugging...
Thats really all I have to ask for now... Besides that, i'd like to start as soon as possible. So maybe someone can also guide me in that direction and let me know where to get started.

1. Don't think so, never heard of a case
2. you have to "cement" the gains but it does not require constant maintenance
3. yes, very necessary, i use a rice sock
4. LOT is complicated, it is supposed to determine how much you may gain and such..not sure how credible it is and am not an expert on it, you don't have to worry about it now
I am not that big down there either.Hopefully your testosterone remains nice and high because mine sure won't
anyways good luck

The most important thing is to warm up! Gets you a nice EQ of 10 also. I also live with my parents. I warm up in the shower and jelq in there. Hot water feels great... Makes your balls saggy too.

Welcome to the PE Gym.
1. Jelqing when done correctly will improve your erection strength and make your penis a lot healthier.
2. Gains from PE can be permanent. As mentioned above cementing is one way the other is to train three month after reaching your goal. If one stops doing PE they lose about the last three months of gains, (as per "The Book").
3. Some people don't warm up at all. I am not one of them, I feel a good warm up is essential to avoiding injury and maximizing gains.
4. The LOT theory started out as a hanging aid, For me it's one of those nice things to know, but since I don't hang it's not changed my workouts. I'm going to try to post ancopy of LOT information taken from JP 90.
LOT (Loss of Tug). This theory was first posted by Bib.
This is a very important factor in the way you exercise.
Grasp your flaccid penis under the glans in the O.K. grip. (Palm down)
Stretch straight up (This is 12:00) Do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?
(No need to pull too hard, as this can be very noticeable or can be very subtle.)
Stretch straight out (9:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?
Stretch straight down (6:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?
When you DON'T feel it TUG BACK, this is your Loss of Tug or LOT.
If your LOT is 6:00, you will need to do your exercises straight out and straight up.
If your LOT is 9:00 or higher, you will do exercises straight out and straight down.
You always want to exercise AGAINST the TUG
Most men find that they have low LOT. Mine is at 6:00. This means that the gains come harder and require more dedication and work to see the gains.
Men with high LOT, are very lucky. Their gains come easier and can utalize weight hanging. But don't be discouraged, the Gains will come if you are dedicated and stay on the program I have outlined below.
These are exercises to help you gain, regardless of LOT
Happy Gains

1) There are some ppl who injured their pecker by pressing too hard or what not. This is not fool-proof and there's always a risk.
2) I hear that they can be permanent, don't know for now though.
3) Most of the veterans recommend warming up, so this is definitely what you want to do.
4) as UnitaElevation said it.

Injuries happen from "over-training." The simple way to avoid this is to only do things that are pleasurable. Nothing in correct PE should cause pain - even during the exercise. You cannot and must not "punish" your penis into growing, but should encourage it instead by doing the excercises correctly.
I would add a fifth principle: Rest days are NOT laziness. Rest days are when you do the most growing. Do NOT do your PE routine 7 days a week.Concentrating on kingpole's Beginner to Advanced Beginner Routine
