hey guys, first off this site is awesome. i've been reading for quite some time and it's time to make my account and my first post. my problem is this: because i have a roommate who are always in and out of the room, i cannot start a 1 hour-ish PE session until i move into an apartment this summer. that being said, what can i do to prepare myself to make gains when the time comes? would it help to only do kegels until then?

Welcome to the Gym! In preparation, a good idea may be to think about some supplements. Nothing heavy, just something to help increase your blood flow. Ginko is good and by the time you get started, your body will have become accustomed to the enhancements. Also, try some really light jelqing while you are in the shower. Again, really, really light for maybe 5 minutes or so. Once you get into a full fledged routine, your cock will already be pretty use to it.

Break your PE routine into two or three sets throughout the day when your roommate is not there. Or just let your roommate in on PE so he gives you time to get it in.
To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

trust me, if i could i would. we live in a suite with 4 rooms, 8 dudes, 1 bathroom, and girls visiting constantly. i dont want to have to explain to EVERYONE why i have to lock myself in my room for an hour... so i'll just go light until we move out. thanks for the welcome guys

You could always do stealth stretches in your bed at night, stretch whenever your go to the toilet, stretch and jelq in the bathroom, stretch in your car if you can and kegel anywhere and start taking some supplements.
